This website is published by the South African E-Hailing Association ("SAEHA", Reg. No. 2025/866894/07) to provide information about our organisation and services, and to allow drivers, partners, and the public to get in touch or apply for membership. Content is provided for general information and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

Forms and the WhatsApp handoff

Forms on this site generate a downloadable PDF summary and open a pre-filled WhatsApp message to SAEHA. Submitting a form does not by itself constitute confirmed membership, an accepted partnership, or a guaranteed response time; your submission is only complete once you send the WhatsApp message and SAEHA has acknowledged it.

Membership terms

Drivers joining SAEHA acknowledge that a once-off membership joining fee of R99 is required to complete a membership application. Active members also agree to a monthly membership contribution of R150, payable on the 1st of every month, to maintain active membership status. Membership grants access to the driver support, benefits, and resources provided by the Association, including a R5,000 funeral cover payout for a registered driver involved in a fatal accident while membership is active.

Failure to pay your monthly contribution on time may result in suspension of membership privileges until the outstanding payment is received and membership is reinstated. Payments are currently made using the banking details displayed on the Membership page; applicants should use their application reference number as the payment reference.
